Bollywood star Ranveer Singh has sold two properties in Mumbai’s upscale Goregaon neighbourhood for a healthy profit of Rs 15.25 crore. These apartments, which were purchased by Singh for Rs 4.64 crore apiece in December 2014, are located in Goregaon East’s Oberoi Exquisite project by Oberoi Realty. Their value has increased significantly.
An online real estate consultant called IndexTap.com obtained paperwork that provided details about this profitable deal. The two apartments have a combined 1,324 square feet of usable space and six parking spaces. Each apartment’s stamp duty was registered at Rs 45.75 lakh. As stated in the attached paperwork, this real estate transaction was officially registered on November 6.
It’s interesting to note that the buyer of these apartments is an individual who lives in the same complex, demonstrating the Oberoi Exquisite project’s lasting popularity.
The Bajirao Mastani actor is well-known for his diverse real estate interests, in addition to his properties in Goregaon. The actor reportedly paid an astounding Rs 119 crore for a quadruplex flat in the coveted Bandra West neighbourhood in 2022, according to reports that appeared at the time.
In terms of his career, the 38-year-old actor most recently starred in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. Under Karan Johar’s direction, Alia Bhatt played the lead role, while Jaya Bachchan, Shaban Azmi, and Dharmendra played important supporting roles. He has begun filming Singham 3, directed by Rohit Shetty and starring Ajay Devgn.
