We haven’t heard much lately about the Bedhadak movie, which Karan Johar created and was meant to be the Bollywood debut of Shanaya Kapoor, Gurfateh Pirzada, and Lakshya. Bedhadak will begin filming at the appropriate time and location, according to Gurfateh, who previously contradicted Karan’s prior statement that the movie would begin production in the first half of 2023.
The actor, who most recently appeared in the web series Class as Neeraj Kumar Valmiki, claimed that both he and his co-stars are presently busy with their various work obligations. He added that he has other significant projects in the works besides Bedhadak and that pictures are always on the horizon.
“Even I am curious. (when it goes on floors). But it will eventually materialize. Each of us has our (commitments). Lakshya is presently engaged in some activity. Additionally, I’m currently working on something. Therefore, we must fulfill those obligations. Bedhadak always appears in the end. Bedhadak will occur at the appropriate moment and in the appropriate setting. Not the one, this. We are simply watching to see if matters improve. Always on the agenda are movies. In addition to Bedhadak, there are other things. And by the end of the year, there should be additional, better-quality items,” according to Gurfateh.
After several online rumors about Bedhadak being shelved, Karan Johar earlier provided an update on the movie’s shoot. By posting the movie’s poster and writing, “@shanayakapoor02 @gurfatehpirzada @itslakshya all set to storm the screens next year!,” Karan had put an end to the rumors. The first part of next year will see the start of filming.
