Bollywood actress Yami Gautam has tied a knot with director – famous for directing URI Aditya Dhar on Friday. The couple announces this with a beautiful picture from their wedding ceremony.
Looking at the photos shared by the actress on her Instagram handle, the wedding was a simple affair with close family members. Yami wore a bridal red saree while Aditya sported an ivory sherwani for their wedding.
“In your light, I learn to love- Rumi. With the blessings of our family, we have tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony today. Being very private people, we celebrated this joyous occasion with our immediate family. As we embark on the journey of love and friendship, we seek all your blessings and good wishes. As soon as the actress announced her wedding, her post was full of congratulations from her colleagues with Vikrant Massey commenting, “Bahut bahut bahut badhaaiyaan Yami ji and Bhai sahab. 🤗 Incredible. God bless you both!!!! Dher saara pyaar!!! ♥️.” “Congratulations yami ❤️” wrote Bhumi Pednekar.
The duo had worked together during the making of 2019 movie Uri: The Surgical Strike, Aditya Dhar had also won a National Award for his direction in the movie and is now looking for his next release – The Immortal Ashwatthama.
Meanwhile, Yami is waiting for her release of A Thursday, in which she play a role of playschool teacher who take 16 children as hostages.
