Supporters of prominent Rajput leader Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi have called for a bandh today in Rajasthan after he was shot dead at his Jaipur residence on Tuesday.
A CCTV footage showed three men who had a tea time with the leader of political outfit Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena shot him dead in his living room.

Gogamedi and two of his aides were attacked in a gunfight. They were immediately hurried to the nearby hospitals where doctors declared him dead. The aides also shot dead one of the attackers in the fight.
The murder of the Rajput leader sparked widespread disturbances across the state at a time when there is a power shift after BJP defeated Congress in assembly elections.
The supporters of the leaders blocked the Shipra Path road demanding the arrests of the accused immediately. They gathered outside the hospital to protest.
Apart from Jaipur, protests erupted in Udaipur, Jodhpur, Churu and Alwar.
