Rashmika Mandanna is receiving plaudits for her role in the just-released film Goodbye. With this movie starring Amitabh Bachchan, the actor made her Hindi film debut. Recently, she has spoken out about dating rumors involving Vijay Deverakonda. Recently, the two Telugu actors were sighted at the airport, sparking rumors that they were traveling together.
The actor said in an interview that people are always interested in their connection. Rashmika clarified to News18 that they are simply friends and said, “I understand that we are actors and the light is on us, with people wanting to know more about it. Vijay and I don’t really sit down and discuss what is occurring on social media, though I do occasionally watch a few videos and think it is quite nice. If given the chance, we would be playing board games with our 15-person group. Although we are actors, having friends is just as vital to us and keeps us grounded.
She went on to say that she has known the Arjun Reddy actor for a very long time and is close to him. She claimed that this is the reason she contacts him anytime she wants clarification on issues in the business. He is constantly there (for me). We share and talk about things since we are such close friends, Rashmika said.
The two, who are considered outsiders in the Telugu cinema industry, have appeared together onscreen in movies like Dear Comrade and Geetha Govindam. The Pushpa actor responded, “Early in our careers, we did some of the biggest films together and this time around, he did a pan India picture with Liger which he has earned enormous love for, while I have worked in a Hindi film. He has received immense love for both (Goodbye). Therefore, I think that since neither of our careers has been the other’s journey, we really can’t speak for the other.
Rashmika stated that her relatives and friends have given up on her, further emphasizing the point that she doesn’t really have time to settle down. Relationships are something you need to nurture and put a lot of time and effort into, in my opinion. I am currently working so much that I scarcely have any free time. But if something needs to grow, it will do so spontaneously,” the actor said in his final statement.
