After a female visitor allegedly recorded a “obscene” film with a 70-year-old man and posted it to social media, the Jaisalmer police have filed a complaint under the IT Act. SP Sudhir Chaudhary issued a warning to people not to post the footage on social media and threatened to take legal action against anyone found to be in violation of the order.
The woman and her passenger are allegedly shown on camera pulling to a stop in an empty area and phoning an elderly guy who was grazing cattle nearby.
Additionally, it depicts the woman engaging in “obscene” behaviour with the man.
Omkaran Charan, the in-charge of the Tanot police station, stated that a probe has been initiated following the filing of a case based on the video.
