Today at 10:30 am through video conference, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hand out approximately 71,000 appointment letters to freshly hired personnel.
On this day, the Prime Minister will also address the appointments.
The Rozgar Mela is a step in the direction of the Prime Minister’s promise to give the creation of jobs the highest priority.
The Rozgar Mela is anticipated to serve as a catalyst for increased job creation and give young people worthwhile possibilities for empowerment and involvement in national development.
The ‘Rozgar Mela’ will take place in three distinct cities under the authority of N. F. Railway: Guwahati in Assam, Siliguri in North Bengal, and Dimapur in Nagaland.
At the Railway Rang Bhavan Cultural Hall in Guwahati, the newly chosen youths will receive their appointment letters from the Union Minister of Ports, Shipping, and Waterways and Ayush Sarbananda Sonowal as part of this programme.
Rameswar Teli, Union Minister of State for the Departments of Petroleum and Natural Gas and Labor and Employment, will deliver the appointment letters in Dimapur’s Imliyanger Memorial Center.
Nisith Pramanik, Minister of State in the Indian Government’s Ministry of Home Affairs, Sports, and Youth Affairs, will attend the Siliguri programme as the chief guest and hand out the appointment letters at the Railway Officers Club in New Jalpaiguri.
The appointment letters will be distributed in this scheme to 207 candidates from various government offices in Guwahati, 217 individuals from Dimapur, and 225 candidates from Siliguri.
The newly hired individuals, who were chosen from all over the nation, will work in a variety of positions/posts for the Government of India, including Train Manager, Station Master, Senior Commercial and Ticket Clerk, Inspector, Sub Inspectors, Constable, Stenographer, Junior Accountant, Postal Assistant, Income Tax Inspector, Tax Assistant, Senior Draughtsman, JE/Supervisor, Assistant Professor, Teacher, Librarian, Nurse, Probationary Officers, PA, and MTS, among others.
The newly appointed individuals will also have the chance to train on their own through Karmayogi Prarambh, an online orientation programme for all new hires in different government ministries.
