The new Bhopal-Delhi Vande Bharat Express will be flagged off by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on April 1 at the Rani Kamalapati stop in Madhya Pradesh’s Bhopal. PM Modi is scheduled to travel to Madhya Pradesh. The Vande Bharat Express will be presented to the state’s citizens during his journey to Bhopal on April 1, according to chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, who made the announcement on Friday.
On the same day, the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), Rajnath Singh, the leaders of the three armed forces, and PM Modi are scheduled to attend the Combined Commanders’ Conference. The meeting takes place from March 30 to April 1.
According to reports, the 11th Vande Bharat Express train takes approximately seven hours and forty-five minutes to travel 708 km.
In order to cut down on travel time by 30 minutes, the train may operate from Bhopal’s Rani Kamlapati station to Hazrat Nizamuddin station instead of the New Delhi railway station.
Apart from Agra, the train may halt at the stations in Veerangana Laxmibai Jhansi and Gwalior, according to a report.
The train will leave Rani Kamlapati Railway Station at 5:55 am, halt at Agra Cantt Railway Station for five minutes, and then continue to New Delhi at 1:45 pm. The Vande Bharat express will leave New Delhi for the return trip at 2.45 pm and arrive at its final halt, the Rani Kamlapati railway station, at 10.45 pm.
The price of the Vande Bharat Express (Train No. 20172) between Hazrat Nizamuddin and Rani Kamalapati stop will be Rs. 1665, which includes Rs. 308 for optional catering fees, according to news agency. The cost of executive class is Rs. 3120. The expense of a chair car ticket for Train No. 20171 Vande Bharat Express is Rs. 1735, plus Rs. 379 in catering fees. Executive class tickets cost Rs. 3185.
According to a government news release, “the locally designed Vande Bharat Express train set is equipped with cutting-edge passenger amenities.”
According to the official release, the train will offer rail passengers a faster, more comfortable, and convenient journey experience. Additionally, it is expected to encourage regional economic growth and increase tourists.
