Swara Bhasker tweeted, “Achhe din is when a terror-accused has the full freedom to incite arson and violence.” According to the actor, Russia and Turkey have both reported on the expulsion of an opposition representative from the House of Representatives. According to Swara Bhasker’s essay, “Today India is one of those countries where a democratically elected government and its system are destroying democracy itself.”

While the Congress intends to organise a nationwide demonstration, every opposition party has denounced the decision. Rahul Gandhi received backing from Arvind Kejriwal, Mamata Banerjee, K Chandrashekar Rao, MK Stalin, Hemant Soren, Sharad Yadav, Akhilesh Yadav, and Uddhav Thackeray. On the other side, the BJP claimed that the suspension was legal. “He only took part in 21 discussions during his entire tenure as an MP. He didn’t even introduce a single private member’s bill; instead, he publicly mocked his own government’s ordinance by calling it absurd. Anurag Thakur, a Union minister, claimed that Rahul Gandhi believed he was superior to the nation, the judiciary, the legislature, and the government.
