Following the huge success of Jolly LLB, starring Arshad Warsi, and Jolly LLB 2, starring Akshay Kumar, the two have teamed up for the third installment in this film franchise. Akshay announced the start of Jolly LLB 3 and posted a humorous video on his X profile. In the video, Saurabh Shukla is also visible with these two performers.
At least this video hints that Arshad and Akshay will be competing to be the original Jolly in the third installment. The same was implied by Akshay’s caption as well. “Ab original kaun aur duplicate kaun, yeh toh pata nahi. But this sure is going to be a jolly good ride !! Stay with me. Jai Mahakaal,” the caption said.
The public was quite fond of Arshad Warsi’s Jolly LLB (2013) and Akshay Kumar’s Jolly LLB 2 (2017) films. In the third segment of the movie, both actors will now be seen together. A significant update regarding the movie has emerged in the interim. Media reports state that Arshad Warsi began filming the movie in Ajmer, Rajasthan, on April 29. And as of today, May 2, Akshay began filming in Ajmer.
Before Jolly LLB 3, Akshay and Arshad had already made numerous films together that showcased their amazing acting talents. In Jaani Dushman (2002), the first two shared screen areas were Ek Anokhi Kahani. Following this, in 2022, they were spotted together in Bachchan Pandey. Both are currently employed at Welcome to the Jungle.
The actor will be filming the movie in Delhi next month, according to the report. The source claims that filming in Delhi will begin in June and go for thirty to forty days. The Tis Hazari Court area will be the site of substantial filming by the makers.
