Following the triumph of Salaar Part One: Ceasefire, Prabhas is slated to star in a horror comedy that Maruthi Dasari is directing. Under the name People Media Factory, the movie will receive financial backing. The production company announced on X (formerly Twitter) that Pongal will be the platform for the release of the first-look poster and the title of the upcoming horror comedy. ”Excited and been waiting for this moment for a long time!” People Media Factory commented in addition to the post. We are pleased to introduce Rebel Star Prabhas with a completely new look. I’ll see you all at Pongal.
The cast of the upcoming movie, its release date, and the publication of the trailer are all still being kept under wraps. The movie’s working title, according to certain media reports, is Raja Deluxe. Raja Deluxe’s IMDb profile states that Sanjay Dutt, Riddhi Kumar, Niddhi Agerwal, and Malavika Mohanan will also be in the movie. The page also divulges the plot of the movie, which centres on Prabhas’ character’s search for a treasure at their family home, the Raja Deluxe theatre.
In addition, Nag Ashwin’s epic science fiction dystopian film Kalki 2898 AD starring Prabhas will be released. Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone, and Disha Patani will all play significant roles in the movie.
In the meantime, Salaar, Prabhas’ most recent film, is doing incredibly well at the box office. In just one week after its theatrical debut, it has earned over Rs 300 crore (net) in India across all languages.
After the first week, the total collection is currently Rs 308.90 crore.
Prashant Neel, a writer and director for KGF, is in charge of Salaar. In the movie, celebrities like Jagapati Babu, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Shruti Haasan appear alongside the Baahubali cast.
On December 22, Salaar—which is available in Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu—was released globally.
