Following the ongoing farmers’ protest many celebrities from Bolloywood town have spoken about the protests on their twitter handle for which some were acclaimed but some got criticized, but lately a fan of Actor Ajay Devgn seems to be angry with the actor’s tweet on the ongoing farmers’ protest as the man blocked the actor’s way to the Film City.
The man forced the actor to come out of his car and speak about the farmers’, when the Singham actor was on his way for the shoots of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi.
The man also urged him to even join the protests.
A video of the incident has gone viral in which the man is shouting at Ajay Devgn and calling the him ‘Punjab Ka Dushman’.
Soon a fight between the man and Devgns bodyguard broke out when the bodyguard asked the man to move away, the police were also called, who arrested the man for the custody and convoyed the actor to the sets.
The man was arrested under the sections 341,504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) for restricting, insulting and intimidating the actor.
Initiated by the international pop star Rihanna many celebrities including Ajay Devgn tweeted on the farmers’ protests.
“Don’t fall for any false propaganda against India or Indian policies. It’s important to stand united at this hour w/o any infighting #IndiaTogether #IndiaAgainstPropaganda,” Devgn had tweeted following the tweets by Rihanna and many other celebs.
Ajay Devgn has total six releases this year which are Bhuj: The Pride of India, RRR, Maidaan, Gangubai Kathiawadi, Thank God and Sooryavanshi. He is currently shooting for Gangubai Kathiawadi.
