AAP Chief Kejriwal Avoid Rally Organized By Supporters Of Vipul Chaudhary Currently Lodged In Jail

Arvind Kejriwal, the leader of the Aam Aadmi Party, stayed away from a demonstration on Tuesday that was put on by the Arbuda Sena, a group of people who support the Gujarat dairy leader Vipul Chaudhary, who is now incarcerated in connection with a corruption case.

Kejriwal was supposed to speak at the gathering in Charada Village in Gujarat’s Gandhinagar District, according to the AAP, but he did not show up.

There were rumours that Vipul Chaudhary might join AAP and lend his support to the Kejriwal-led party during the gathering.

Gujarat’s legislative elections are slated to take place on December 1 and 5 in two phases. On December 8, it will be decided how to count the votes.

Kejriwal has made welfare and anti-corruption pillars of the AAP’s election campaign.

According to its organisers, Arbuda Sena is a social organisation that will not become involved in politics.

“We are an organisation that is not political. Vipul Chaudhary, our leader, has not provided us with any guidance (to join or support any political party). An Arbuda Sena leader told reporters, “We have resolved in our general body meeting that we will do whatever he (Chaudhary) instructs us to do.

When Chaudhary served as the chairman of Dudhsagar Dairy from 2005 until 2016, he was charged with graft. He said that the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party was engaged in a political vengeance (BJP).

Chaudhary was detained by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on September 15. The alleged wrongdoing, according to the prosecutors, took place between 2006 and 2015 even though the complaint wasn’t submitted until seven years later.
