Two migrant labourers from Bihar employed at a brick kiln in Budgam district’s Chadoora village were attacked by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday. One of them died and another got injured.
The two labourers were immediately taken to SMHS Hospital in Srinagar, where the doctors announced one of them who died identified as Dilkhush as brought dead. The area has been cordoned off and an investigation is underway, said the police.
This comes just a few hours after a bank manager from Rajasthan was shot dead in Kulgam. He was killed outside his office. A shadow outfit of Lashkar-e-Taiba, the Resistance Front took the responsibility of the attack.
A few days ago, a hindu female teacher from Samba district of Jammu was also shot dead by the terrorists at a school in Kulgam’s Gopalpora.
Hearing news of second target killing in a day, the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference said in a tweet, “Second such incident in a day. Another life lost, another family mourns. JKNC condemns the attack on non-local workers in the strongest possible terms, in which Dilkhush frm Bihar lost his life. Our condolences go out to his family. Prayers for the recovery of the injured worker! The spate of killings continues unabated and demonstrates the utter failure of the govt. to stem the violence, despite heavy deployment of security forces. We express serious concern over a situation moving fast towards a crisis wherein no citizen can be considered safe.”

After listening to multiple target killings in last few days many political parties including BJP have brought huge condemnation.
Meanwhile, on Thursday National Security Chief Ajit Doval and RAW chief Samant Goel met Union Home Minister Amit Shah to discuss the ongoing killings in Jammu and Kashmir.
