The coincidence that happened is that they will be neighbors with another power couple – Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli. Vicky has rented the apartment for five years for which the rent is more than Rs 9 lakh per month.
The couple will be married in luxurious wedding ceremony at lodging Six Senses Fort Barwara. After marrying in Rajasthan, the lovebirds will remain in their newly rented apartment in Juhu region of Mumbai. Their fantasy home is costing an incredible rent. Curiously, they will be neighbors to another famous couple – Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli – who have two floors in a similar building.
Varun Singh, who heads a real estate, solely addressed media about the settlement which Vicky made for the house. Varun said, “Vicky has rented an apartment in Juhu’s Rajmahal, an ultra-luxurious building, for a period of 60 months, that is 5 years. He rented the 8th-floor apartment in July 2021. The security deposit paid by Vicky Kaushal is close to Rs 1.75 crore and the rent for the initial 36 months is Rs 8 lakh per month. For the next 12 months, it is Rs 8.40 lakh per month, and for the remaining 12 months, Vicky Kaushal will pay a rent of Rs 8.82 lakh per month.”
Katrina and Vicky’s sangeet function occurred on Wednesday, December 8. Their wedding list of guests incorporates superstars like Farah Khan, Karan Johar, Neha Dhupia, Ali Abbas Zafar, Mini Mathur, Angad Bedi and Kabir Khan among others.
